Me and my friend Michaela went to the Rite Aid by this house and we only have $22 we got monsters nails and a bunch of other stuff we had to put back almost half of our stuff but because were young and out late almost at 12 she let us leave and she literally pulled money out of her wallet so if you ever go there please congratulate her she had black box braids

This store has phenomenal customer service! The Management is very pleasant, and they will help you find what you need. I came in completely clueless, searching for a product. A member of Management approached me and asked me if they could help me find anything. Now a days in customer service, if you ask a employee where a product is located. They will tell you the aisle it's on, but in this case. She literally stopped what she was doing and walked me to the aisle. She showed me where the product was, and the price of the product. That is how customer service should be in all stores. The Pharmacy staff are very delightful. They will go out of their way to satisfy, and put a smile on your face. They are also very personable, if you are not well. They will help you find exactly what you need. Overall this Pharmacy goes the extra mile, and to me. That is what makes Rite Aid have phenomenal customer service!

Pharmacy ALWAYS has great customer service!!! They're always extremely helpful....especially Angie & Stephanie!!! If I could rate them on their own I'd give them 5+ stars. Front registers on the other hand, they're a bit harsh AND rude sometimes. I would give them between 2 to 3 stars. Customer service is a plus especially when you're greeting customers and they SUCK at their greeting and friendliness!!
