Went to this location to find the love of my life at least one of them anyway some smell good for the holidays there was this young man who went over and beyond to assist me and I thought it was the most beautiful thing ever considering the times that we are living in people still have time to be kind and polite to others so with that being said the atmosphere was embracing the store was clean and not cluttered... Things were easy to find and the staff of the store was very polite I would recommend anyone to come to this location it is in the heart of Virginia Beach located on Virginia Beach boulevard right Independence and Constitution area off of Virginia Beach boulevard.

The pharmacist that was on duty today was rude and down right disrespectful I would never go there again. I ask for her name and her supervisors name she told me she was the supervisors and i told her i know there is someone over you and she said to me whatever and i went off and told her she was rude an right disrespectful she was not perfessional at all the pharmacist had the nerve to tell me she was rude to me because I was rude to her employee The Walgreens I always deal with is close. But the staff was always friendly and perfessional!!

Perhaps if the Pharmacy is still open on Sunday, staff should remove their “closed on Sunday” sign which we learned doesn’t go into effect until June 25th. No one came to the front to help us. We had parked at the mall and walked over. As we were leaving we noticed a staff member at the drive in. He acknowledged that they were open. However he couldn’t help us there because we needed to be in a car. There were no cars in line.

Pharmacy manager denied refilling my medications. I called to have my medications refilled. Pharmacist stated to me ALL of them? You can't deny people medicines because you want to be lazy and not refill them. If I could give it no stars I would. She is very unprofessional and rude.

The pharmacy Dept is so slow very short staffed! I asked about why don’t they hire more people and was told management doesn’t want to pay the cost to hire more staff. Worse Walgreens I’ve ever been too!
