i have been waiting four months for the simplest prescription.. and its beyound ridiculous...every time you call its always the same lies.. so instead of keep going back and forth i will simply change pharmacy's. BEEN WAITING SINCE OCTOBER 2020 FOR ONE PRESCRIPTION

Highly recommend this pharmacy. I recently transferred my prescription from another pharmacy to here and it’s been wonderful. Always in and out of the drive thru quickly and the staff is very friendly.

Mitch who works the pharmacy drive thru is blatantly disrespectful to patients. He talks in a demeaning, unprofessional tone and speaks out of character. This is clearly not his first complaint at this business. If you scroll down you will see others call him out by name. Don't understand how he is still employed with this organization. Learn to speak to patients and human beings with respect if you work in customer service or find a new job. EASY. I send patients to pick up prescriptions here ALL day but if this is the type of service they're receiving I will start sending them elsewhere.nnDO BETTER

I have been trying to call the pharmacy for 2 days.... total hold time has been over an 1-1/2 hr. Picked up a prescription lastnight in drive-thru, they asked for name and date of birth... awhile later, the compartment at drive-thru opened, meds were there but no one said a word... no thank you, no eye contact.... nothing.

This Pharmacy is insanely understaffed.....every time my wife calls to check on a prescription she is on hold for 45 minutes to an hour. They all act like you are lucky they are there. STRONGLY recommend going anywhere else.....this pharmacy never answers the phone, the drive through is VERY slow and is always 50% closed. Does CVS really care about customers? Not based on what we experience. See our pics of some of the hold times......over 38 minutes when I started writing this.....Can't call from work.....will get fired!
