Was directed to Hilltop location from Rosemont Road for assistance in scheduling my vaccine. Jerry Wiggins assisted and couldn’t have been more friendly and professional as he reviewed my predicament. He efficiently took care of the problem. I will return to this location in the future! Went in to drop off an amazon package to their UPS dropoff location. When I walked in, the woman who was running the register (Debbie) was purchasing personal items (and there were 2 other people in line behind me) I walked up to the counter and gave her what I had (The package and the QR code from amazon) and she said that 1. they dont take QR codes from amazon and 2. They dont take or recieve any amazon packages (even though there was one behind her.) I ended up leaving.

not great. i had been on the shingles wait list since september '20. walked in january '21 to check on my status and was told that they had not gotten to the september wait list, BUT, the CVS on great neck had walk-ins with plenty of shingles vaccine. she did call ahead to confirm and I had the shot within 10 minutes...my point is What Is Up With That???? Same company...3 miles away???!!!! Terrible!
