The staff was excellant at check-in. The outside of the hotel was clean and appealing. Sometimes traveling with a service dog, one kinda wonders how it's going to go, however, they were most accommodating. Once I got into the room, I did a complete check on everything. The room was clean, clean smelling and a nice area to take the dog out for a walk I would highly recommend staying here, and the staff again very nice and very clean accommodations.

We had a fluke incident happen in our room that I think would have been tough for the hotel to handle. They also happened to be fully booked, so we couldn't switch rooms. I don't think our incident reflects on the hotel itself. We had 20ish friends stay there that same night and everyone else enjoyed their stay. They had a good bar and good restaurant. Jocelyn (the front desk) did a great job handling all the issues that occurred that night. Beth (the manager) called me back to confirm everything was handled properly, and Bruce (the GM) checked to make sure he could do everything as well.nI had bad luck, but my guess is that you'll have a good stay and it's not outrageously priced.

Room was very tidy and comfortable. Air worked well. Disappointed we couldn’t check out the continental breakfast but not the hotel’s fault due to COVID. Would recommend. Very accommodating and quick when we requested extra towels.

Online pics better than actual. No real complaints though, room was clean, renovated and fine for one night. If I had been traveling solo I would ask for room on 2and level. The card access door #2 security latch was not working. We reported to front desk. I didn't like that guys smoked outside the entrance doors. Pool looked awesome for families as it was L-shaped and had water features.nI'm sure due to little crime in this tiny town, we were perfectly safe but we still parked our vehicle near our room.nDue to COVID-19 the breakfast was a to go bag of muffin, breakfast bar and apple. It wasn't appealing so we drove to Perkins and had a nice hot breakfast.nStaff was friendly and there were always folks visible cleaning. I would stay here again but it would not be my first choice. There are newer hotels near the airport which is only a few miles away.
