Will make this a regular stop.
While I was surprised by the lack of outlets in the rooms, I must say that the staff were very good. EAGER to please and very hospitable. It's hard to tell the age of the room, but it was fresh, clean and large. I would definitely return.
I had to move rooms because the first room was filthy and had mold growing everywhere in the bathroom. Second room wasn't much better. Sent pictures to them and got a simple sorry about that email. The renovated look is just that. They seem like a nice hotel, but it's just plain dirty. Super nice staff at the front though. That was the saving grace for 2 stars. Other HI's nationwide are much much better than this one.
The front desk staff was amazing. Ibrahim was amazing and helpful. He meet all our need with our room. The staff is friendly and always smiling even under the mask. Andrew at the front desk was a delight to talk too.nnBreakfast was delicious, Sean was awesome. I enjoyed the food it was a meal fit for a queen.
This place was expensive, but it was worth it! Impeccably clean, smelled nice. Staff was very nice and accommodating as well.
