Reduced stock on the shelves and reduced selection compared to past visits.

Purchased an open-box computer online for local curbside pickup. A representative arrived at my vehicle shortly after I checked in and advised that the item I had purchased did not come with any accessories and was not packaged in a box. They wanted to be sure that I knew what I was getting and would be happy with the item. The system was in excellent condition and I gladly accepted it. Very much appreciate the extra care and effort that was taken to ensure my satisfaction!

Although I live closer to another Best Buy, this location had a ton more openings for Geek Squad appointments. Dealing with my needs were relatively smooth and straight forward. The work was completely in less than two days. Pick-up was quick and easy.

This 5 star review is not for Best Buy but purely and solely for Jeffery Morton. He is a phenomenal worker and will help you with everything. I had a situation that all started two weeks ago with an in store purchase and after being placed on hold for hours getting transferred to different people and explaining my situation each time. I was finally able to get in contact with someone who knew what they were doing and was able to fix everything. Thank you so much Jeff you are truly amazing.

Both of the people I spoke with in the cellular department were very fast, friendly and most helpful. Answered the few questions I had while purchasing my new Galaxy Active 2 watch. Will most definitely be back for other things
