Im a big customer of party city. I literally go there for just about everything. They never disappoint me. Always on top of whatever is new,trending,holidays coming up,you name it! I am not so impressed with their staff tho. You will think they always jolly and content but they seem stressed out or Annoyed. I don't know how well the manager work their people or if they over work them but I feel they should look at that and take care of that. It's important.
This store is HUGE! The staff here was exceptional! Each and every one of them was very nice. Everyone was social distancing and wearing a mask. Did I mention the store is huge!?
The workers were very nice. It was super crowded and clearly needed some more help especially for a busy holiday.

Staff was very friendly and willing to assist. It was my first time at a “Party City” and I had lots of questions about where items were located and how to order balloons. Luckily Lilly helped me find exactly what I was looking For with a skip in her step. She was very patient when I was ordering balloons and knew exactly what she was doing. The store was very organized and clean as well. Great customer service!!!
