The only reason I give it one start is because the location and staff when checking in was nice. I booked the main hotel,but was put in the one across the street. I stayed 8/31/2020 and the room was disgusting, the fitted sheet hadnyellow stans, the room was humid /nwet, and smelled terrible. And the pillows... Well I'll just have to post what we found when laying down because it just did not smell right . I booked this with all my saved points so I'm waiting for a reply to get them returned.

This was by far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. It was full considering that it was Labor Day weekend, so there was no option to move.nn1)The parking deck is an absolute nightmare.nn2)It certainly doesn't look like the cleaning staff is cleaning like they should because all of the complementary items left on the sink had been used.nn3)When we went to make coffee, the coffee pot had water and a napkin left in the resevoir and smelled to high heaven.n4)The beds were horrible.nn5)The bathroom sink and tub drain was clogged, which caused the water to drain extremely slow.nn6)The shower valve is messed up causing it to operate in the opposite way in which it should.nn7)The website listed that there was a complimentary breakfast, I booked right from the Ramada website, but when we went down to inquire where we went for it we were told that it wasn't included in our stay.nn8)The elevator needs maintenance.nn9)The climate of the room was extremely hot (uncomfortable) when we arrived.nn10)The bathtub was dirty.nn11)The outlets need to be changed out because the plugs won't stay in them properly. The contacts are worn out.nn12)When we went to check on breakfast on Sunday morning, the guy at the front desk wasn't very pleasant.nn13)I would have left a zero stars if I would have been able to.

I had already booked a room and was calling to ask a question but the person who answered was unprecedentedly rude. He was very unprofessional and honestly I don’t even understand why because I had asked a single question politely. I was very disappointed because the room itself and the price seemed great but with service like that I figured it would be best if I didn’t go there. Hopefully it was a misunderstanding and he doesn’t generally treat people like this.

It has a indoor pool, indoor water park, indoor theme park, indoor arcade games, buffet breakfast lunch and dinner open for 24 hours a day. It has a outdoor pool, outdoor water park opened on Memorial Day - Labor Day Weekend for 24 hours a day, rooms, gift shop, all stores. It has a resort.
