While they are very busy here, they are also patient and accurate as well. I recently had an antibiotic mixed for my son, and the pharmacist here explained things more fully than the doctor who prescribed it. Because of the information on a particular side effect for this medication, we were able to get it switched out to a much safer yet no less effective alternative.
My experience with kisha has been great,the only problem I have is going through the consultation numerous times for a drug I've been taking for years,no problems besides that
The people that work here are extremely rude, I’ve used this pharmacy for quite some time. They are so rude and get an attitude even if you ask a simple question.
Decent all around, not bad not exceptional. Always helpful to some extent. Attentive to the line and drop off. Prescriptions usually filled same day; follows up with phone call when ready to pick up if not same day.
A full staff of 4 took lunch at the same time, shutting the whole pharmacy down for an hour despite no breaks being listed in the schedule. Of course they needed the full 30 minutes upon returning to process a prescription called in an hour before. Ask your doctor to call your scripts in somewhere else, ESPECIALLY if you’re sick and absolutely need the medicine ASAP.
