*Disclosure* I love Rite Aid in general. God bless the people who work here, they have security at night so its the 24 hr spot for sure. Good clearance items if you stop by enough.

Pharmacy staff was rude. Not listening to my question AT ALL and trying to give me an (irrelevent) answer, getting into an altercation with me on the phone when I was just trying to ask a simple insurance question. Terrible customer service would not choose to go here again

Worst pharmacy I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with .First hand .i have had 3 prescription denied because they couldn’t tell if it was my doctor’s real prescription.....?!?!?!?!? Which was verified every time.Not to mention I get the same medication one week a month for 6 years now. The. To follow it up.they didn’t have a medication so they told me they would order it Thursday be in today.It is now Saturday!They forgot to order it.So now I have to wait until Monday.For a medication needed Thursday? I don’t care how close they are to my house .Never again will I trust this pharmacy with anything simple much less my actually medication.Might end up with the wrong medicine and die.Seeing they can’t handle such simple task.Very incompetent!
