Judy at this location has treated myself and my family members on separate occasions, very badly. As a customer and patient that chooses to do business with The Vinton Kroger pharmacy we should not be talked to harshly and disrespected by a pharmacy technician. The pharmacist on duty was friendly and recommended I speak to Morgan the main pharmacist at this location and call customer service for further assistance (to file a complaint). I’ve been coming to this Kroger for well over 25 years and feel as if loyal customers need to be treated with respect and not talked to like children. As someone with certain medical conditions that stress can adversely affect I feel very upset that JUDY would be so combative and defensive and overly abrasive over the phone with a customer asking questions and requesting help. I know they get busy there but that is no excuse for the bad treatment from JUDY. This issue is with an employee that will no doubt suffer no consequences for their actions and for treating self paying customers like trash.

I stopped in and asked to refill my pills at 3pm it is bot almost 730pm and they are still NOT filled! The excuse I was given is they have had a lot if orders! But had I waited for them it would have been a 30 minute wait! I thought O was being nice saying I wouldnbe back later around 6-630pm to pick them up!nThis happens all the time here, maybe they need to have two pharmacists on duty around the 1st week of the month so they can keep up!

The rudest pharmacy I have ever been to. Can't seem to keep my son's seizure medication in stock. This has happened several times at this pharmacy. Seems strange other Kroger pharmacies CAN keep this drug in stock.

For two months in a row, I had issues getting refills on a prescription for a common medication. The first time was presumably a miscommunication error, which is fine and understandable. The second time, I was proactive and I verified that my physician sent in refills. I didn’t hear anything from Kroger. 6 days later, I called to figure out what was going on, and the pharmacist told me it’d be ready the next day. The next day comes and goes. I call again and a different pharmacist patronizingly tells me that it actually wouldn’t be ready for several days and that, if I wanted to, I could drive to Brambleton or Daleville to get it. He was very condescending and spoke to me as if I were clueless. It wasn’t hard to understand; it was just extremely frustrating. Nobody alerted me to any issues at any point or offered me any solutions before it was too late. I had my prescription transferred to Vinton’s CVS and they took care of it with excellent customer service and no issues. I understand manufacturer delays and similar issues, but it’d be great if they told me when they found out there would be issues. Very disappointed with Kroger’s lack of communication and disrespectful customer service.

Liars ! Was told they were filling my prescription and to check back in 15 minutes. Came back in 15 minutes now they were suddenly out of it. They never were filling it
