Community Bikes

Bought a great bike here last year with great service from the people working there. I was excited to learn that my company matched my purchase code because it’s a nonprofit (paid full price for the bike, but community bikes would basically get a “free” $350 from my company match for nonprofits). For 6+ months I’ve been trying to get them to email back saying that yes I did donate the money but there’s no response. Basically they’re losing $350 because of incompetence. Had a good experience but this tarnished the company a bit.

Took my 3 children's bikes there for safety check and repair. The gentleman who worked on their bikes did an amazing job. He was super efficient and polite. I was expecting a huge bill but ended up only charged $35.00. What an amazing price for the service. Thank you so much for the service!!

They are always so helpful great place for a little help and great advice..nThey told me they had to move I hope they can keep on going and being a great resource for the community..
