The Story (12/09/2019)
Staff does not listen which seems to be an endemic problem in this area. I have also experienced many prescription order errors. The staff seems overworked and the pharmacy seems understaffed. The pharmacy also closes for an hour over lunch making it even more difficult to get prescriptions. I would not recommend Sams Club for prescriptions or eye glasses/contacts. They just don’t have it together.

Very helpful staff at the Bristol Sam's Club pharmacy. They helped us find food thickener for an aging family member several years ago when no other pharmacies were helpful.
