The people weren't very nice but it was our only option because everywhere else had no vacancies. The bathroom light was out. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because o had a great time with the person I was with
I was exhausted on arrival. Looked ok when I pulled up to check in. Where my room location however was unsafe. Small bar across parking lot. All the rooms on my side had doors open with partying. I had my husband on the phone when I went into room. Disgusting. I found Mice feces under the mattress. I ask for a non smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. Dirty. I would have left and asked for my money back but was afraid to go back outside and I was too tired to go on. Worst place I have ever stayed.
It is a 2 star rated hotel and for the rating it was ok. They do have construction going on but try to make sure guest are comfortable. The rate is the best part but personally dont even advertise a complimentary breakfast when what they set out is bad. They would be best to forget the breakfast and save their guest more money. Also bring ypur own pillows on a queen bed its standard for 3-4 for hotels but the two stained me were provided were needing replaced badly. Also the landscaping consisted of some garbage and items very unsafe. If a child is with u do not let them out of site they could get hurt with used needles in the bushes. The man that works second shift is not very good with speaking to his guest. Kinda creepy. But the lady on Days and the housekeeper were wonderful.
Nice staff. But the room is not that great. I guess they are in mid remodeling right now.
First off, the hotel looks deserted from the road. The room I was in had an old musty smell, luckily it faded as the air conditioning kicked in. The room itself was straight out of the early 1980s, everything in there was outdated especially that square box tv. I give it 2 stars because the beds were newer, high off the floor and comfortable. Also the bathroom was updated and worked fine, but such a small space and a hole punched in the wall are unnacceptable.
