Aqua Palms Waikiki

Great location in the heart of Waikiki. Affordable compared to other hotels in area. Walking distance to mall and beach is even closer. Clean rooms and super comfy beds. Air conditioning works great. Hot water. Glass cups. Gas grills for use near pool. Very accommodating, professional, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend staying here.

I mostly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and the staff and helpful and nice. Unfortunately my room's bathroom door seemed to be too big for the frame, as me and my group got stuck in the bathroom multiple times. We had to use the bathroom with the door ajar so we wouldn't get trapped anymore. I also had found black spots on our pillowcases, a sign of bedbugs; I couldn't find the bugs itself, but it was a bit nerve-wracking. During covid, pool use is by registration only and the gym is closed. Lobby doors close at 10pm so random people can't walk in, which is nice. There is a DVD rental machine that is included with amenities; unfortunately, a few disks were scratched and skipped or didn't have a menu to change the language. Finally, the parking lot was really annoying to get into and use. The entrance is extremely steep (low cars beware!!). Also you can't park in reserved stalls, but there are only like 10 unreserved stalls available to guests. I was lucky enough to find a stalls after going up 3 floors. The location and price makes the hotel worth the stay.nnI've included a picture from my City View room balcony.

Awesome staff! Really helpful when I hit a snag while booking through a third party site. Better to just book directly through them to avoid any situations. Clean rooms, helpful staff and awesome location away from the crowds!

It’s great for short-term stay, close to several spots in Waikiki. Nice sights from partial ocean view balcony.nnNo housekeeping during COVID; guest services supplies new towels, linens, soaps etc upon request. Bathroom is small (If you are over 5’7” the bathroom might be cramped for you).

Good location. Small rooms suitable for couples. Best if you mostly intend to spend time outdoors. Staffs were friendly as well. Would recommend
