It's a great location. Your steps away from restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit noisier than I'm accustomed to for this brand though. Check room sizes if planning for for multiple people in room. Valet parking is $45 per day but is pretty efficient when bringing car to you.

Great place ud83dudc4c I had a wonderful experience. I checked in a little early then scheduled, but the hotel and staff were more than accommodating. Not only did they find us a room we even got a upgraded one at that. The rooms themselves were very clean with a modern look. The bed was big and comfortable(king size). The bathroom is a bit tight just a bit ud83eudd0f. If you don't mind the sink being separate from the bathroom itself you'll be fine. They have a valet service instead of self parking. They are also located across the international market place which is also a great place for shopping and eating. Overall this place was worth it ud83dudc4c

I stayed here for a week and the hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly, as well as the Housekeepers! getting ice was easy, And I loved the pool. But the wait for a room was pretty long and frustrating after a flight from Seoul South Korea to Hawaii. Very nice view from the balcony and small view of beach/ocean. Great Service in Convenient Store.

The hotel is nice and most of the staff have been incredibly friendly. I totally understand parking space is limited, and we have to pay for parking. $45.00 a day is crazy! We didn't even pay that much in DC. And be prepared to pay $75.00 a night upfront for incidentals. Its refunded at the end of your stay, but for 7 nights, that put a dent in our budget.

I stayed here for quarantine before attending university and the price was reasonable for a 10 night stay and it was a great place to stay when I had to stay inside for 10 days. I had some complications with my stay due to my own mistakes (had nothing to do with hotel), but the staff was VERY helpful with making sure I was accommodated for. Richard and Lauren were especially helpful with any questions I had and being very understanding of my situation and making sure everything went as smoothly as it could.nMy room was very clean and comfortable, housekeeping did a great job preparing the room. The bellman Nolan took great care of me and my luggage. He was a kind gentleman and helped me with my very heavy luggage before I departed. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here, even though I couldn't experience the location too much, it is also in a good spot!nThank you for everyone who made my stay there comfortable!
