Pacific Marine Inn has been such a blessing to me! I just moved here Tuesday from Las Vegas! The family environment feeling this place has is outstanding and they are so kind. No deposit. They take cash card and Apple Pay for the store only. I lost my debit card in baggage claim at the airport and they were so kind to me with absolutely everything and understanding. I owe them margaritas next time for being the best inn in town!

I had a guardian angel watching I’ve me when I came to stay here a few weeks ago! My wife called to make sure we have a ground floor room because I was meeting my dad as meeting me and coming from American Samoa and I came from Washington. The woman on the phone said she can help my wife and will give us ground floor unit for my dads medical issue he can’t walk far. We arrive next day and they have a shuttle but I wanted to walk, and sight see, it took 10 minutes through an industrial area which wasn’t bad at all. I check in and met the girl who helped me before I even arrive to Hawaii with getting our room on 1 floor. I forgot my iPhone charger and the hotel didn’t have any available, but she said the gas station had some and I asked about the shuttle to pick up my dad at the airport at 1030pm. their shuttle doesn’t run all the time because covid changed hours for that, and because no driver when Ashley was leaving she said she will stay and she will take me to both the store and the airport. customs took kind of long but she was kind enough to wait for us to be released and she picked us back up to take us to the hotel. Everything was so smooth and really professional here that I would definitely recommend and stay again! Ashley was my guardian angel to help me with this family emergency short trip but she made it so easy for me to do what I needed and take care of my dad. In the morning Gino and Email was super nice too, they help us with checkout and getting some food before our flight and then email shuttle us to airport. We love this place and they show so much aloha I will come back!

Very cool. Must do. The crew was very friendly and informative. The whales. I can't say enough to how cool the experience was. These guys also serve a good cause so I highly recommend them. Lunch was just ok, but you go for the experience not the lunch. This would definitely be something I would do again.

Customer representative Ashley made our late check-in a breeze! Upon landing, we called the hotel’s shuttle but they were not running after 10pm so she told us to get a cab ($8.70) and it would be reimbursed as a waived hotel daily amenity fee of $13.00. She processed us effectively and even recommended some places to visit for the purpose of our trip. Got our $50 deposit fee and our free car parking pass and off we went. The room itself is small but it has everything one would need. Would definitely book here again as it is conveniently close to the airport. Customer service by Ashley got us to a really good start! Mahalo!

I wasn’t even able to get any questions answered through them nor to properly book a room. I called to ask a question about my reservation, he answered yes which was an appropriate response to my question but he seemed to not have been really listening because he tried charging my card after the phone call and called me back when the card declined. He seemed to be under the impression that I had been asking to charge my card for the room but this was not the case as my debit card is frozen.nnI tried to further clarify my question but I wasn’t able to get a clear answer so I finally asked to cancel my reservation. I was given a cancellation code over the phone but still received a reservation confirmation over email for the hotel room so I’ll be canceling my debit card, just to be on the safe side.nnNot sure what was going on but the whole ordeal came across suspicious so just sharing my experience.
