I recently stayed here with my family and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was clean and well maintained with some added features such as automatic shades and a bidet in the toilet room. The shower was amazing. The water pressure was great and the shower head was adjustable so that my 6 ft 8 husband could actually take a shower under the water spray. The staff at the hotel were beyond accommodating. From the housekeeping staff, to the front desk, to the staff who kindly greeted us at the door every day the service was friendly and professional. We spent several days hanging out at the pool and the service there was also excellent. We also frequented the restaurant and again, had great service every time. If we ever return to Honolulu we would not hesitate to stay at the prince Waikiki again.
Hotels are the same everywhere, it's always the people that make the difference. I recently had an absolutely lovely stay at the Prince Waikiki hotel but what I want to review here is what happened after my stay. After returning home from Hawaii, I realized that I had forgotten my brand new Bose headphones in the hotel. I called immediately and spoke to Ms. Ann Marie from housekeeping. Ann Marie greeted me warmly and took down my address. It was 10 pm Hawaiian time and I had little hope that my precious headphones would actually return. One week had gone by, it actually arrived safe and sound!! I am so incredibly grateful for the professionalism shown by the hotel staff. They have truly shown me the Aloha
I just stopped by the Prince Waikiki to visit friends before they checked out. Pick up and drop off on the ocean side of the lobby was flawless. Lobby very clean and furnished with comfortable furniture. We met in the outdoor area which was very spacious. Numerous outside tables set up with seating from two to ten. Outdoor pool looked inviting but time constraints stopped us from using the pool. Hotel staff were courteous, helpful and friendly.
Great so far. We just checked in and the front desk was so helpful. Unfortunately did not see the name for the gentleman that helped us out and didn't catch his name, but he was such a great help. The only thing I could remember was that he was bald. Anyways, he helped us tremendously. Thank you for everything so far! The views are great.
Had the best experience there. I got ocean facing room and the amenities were excellent. Staff was very polite and helpful.nI think that's the reason this hotel is Top-ranked.nAlso had one of the best Scone there!!!
