It is always a pleasure staying at Aulani! Staff is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is the most pleasurable. Booked a mountain view room to save money and they gave us a partial ocean view which we felt was a added bonus. Will be sure to stay again in the near future. Because the kids grow up so fast! Thank you Aulani.

So we have been in Hawaii for over a week now and by far the most fun! We stayed at a 2 bedroom villa and was amazing! The place can be considered a bit expensive, we have spent $1300 a night but for us it was incredibly worth it. Staff, food and drinks were incredible. So much for the kids to do! A must stop!

This place was an amazing staycation! We took advantage of the discount for having local ID and was very satisfied. We can't believe we lived here for this long, and now just giving this place a try. The food and snacks are a little pricey, but very convenient. If your staying, you have to give the restaurant a try and enjoy their three course meal. We will be back.

A great place to stay for the kids with outstanding customer service. The pools are excellent, the slides are fun and the staff is otherworldly friendly. I guess my only reason for potentially marking down is the high cost. Yes, you pay for what you get (and when you go Disney you get a very high level experience) but the price is a little steep in terms of what you get. Maybe it’s because I live in Hawaii but I have to think that the price point is a touch high. But we were able to book on the locals rate and my kids had the time of their lives. The rooms (while not overly spacious) are very nice. I’d recommend doing a room with an ocean view as the views on the non-ocean side of the hotel are rather drab. Definitely a must stay if you are in the area but be prepared to pay a high cost for this high level of service.
