Longs Drugs

This is a very strange question for me, I will try to be clear and concise in my answer. About 3 or 4 years ago, I hated even thinking about this place. If there was a possibility of you being insulted and hurt on any given day, this was the place where it was guaranteed to happen. About 1 year ago I started going back inside to shop ( very close to my house) I expected the business as usual stuff from the staff, i.e. following me around, microphone calling manager or security as soon as I walked in the door. I have never even thought about stealing from any store so that treatment really hurt. I was pleasantly surprised everything was different. The Staff were great, very courteous, and helpful. This set me back for a few seconds but I was so happy that I smiled at everyone in there . Now I go whenever I get the chance, I feel as though I'm a part of the Community finally. Recommend to anyone who likes pleasant shopping. Five Stars Easily.

Pali Longs is open 24 hrs, has a large open parking lot shared w/Safeway, have items on sale often, able to auto fill your prescriptions, receive flu, shingles vax (shingles- bring in Dr order; need 2 vax, at least 2 mos apart), has everyday items needed. Use your CVS Extra Care key chain card n watch for sales, I've saved hundreds this way! Also, check ur receipts, more coupons in front and back! Nice, helpful clerks, stocking personnel willing to help you find what ever you need. Convenient, in - out shopping.

Pharmacy customer service is so bad. Unprofessional and rude staff is enough to make me switch to another provider.
