Go Anywhere Else! Eveytime I have a prescription here, they always have system issues and and never are working properly.

I was on vacation in Honolulu. A prescription I needed didn’t get filled at home before I had to leave. I was able to have my doctor call in the prescription to a Walgreens here. Unfortunately they didn’t have the medication on hand. So they transferred it to another Walgreens. When they notified me of the problem I asked them to transfer it the CVS in Longs. When I went to pick up the prescription it was ready but the insurance wouldn’t cover it. We discovered that it had been approved and covered at Walgreens. At this time Siniva, the pharmacy clerk went to work. She had Walgreens cancel the order at their end. She verified insurance coverage at CVS. She called the insurance company, explained the problem and just like that it was taken care of. I explained to Siniva how grateful I was for all her efforts and even offered her a tip which she refused, citing company policy. As we all know, a problem like this, while traveling can raise your anxiety level. I hope someone at CVS or longs sees this and takes time to recognize Siniva for her outstanding customer service.

Super Convenient here in Waikiki. Two-story, enter downstairs where the convenience store is located, staff with friendly & helpful taff. Take escalator upstairs, the rest of the very friendly associates & excellent Pharmacy staff. Upstairs has a wide variety of things both locals & tourists will need.nSuper Clean, Well Stocked items...along with the Rewards Program, can't go wrong.nSuperb Pharmacy Dept. run by professional friendly and informative Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technicians.nOne of the Best CVS/LONGS on Oahu!
