Was a great stay and Ivy at the front desk was the best with her Costner service. Will go back because of her.
Super sketch hotel, elevator takes forever. Was working at the taxoma dome hotel so it was nice to relax back in. A room between shows.
This hotel is a sad excuse for concierge service. Not only were we thrown out of our room with no dignity no pride no warning and no discussion with less than 10 minutes together or things because they suspected us of smoking a cigarette which they could not even evidence or find. But we're also treated like we were prisoners and we bet that we didn't deserve to spend our money there I would never go to this establishment they treat people like it is a dog hostel
Tub didn't drain properly elevator stopped working no a/c unfriendly management yeah place sucked but great location.
I was going to rate at 3 because as soon as we checked in, we were informed that the ac was not working and it wont be working til 4 days later on Monday (which is the day of our check out). But that didn't really bother me none. I mean, it's seattle. It's cold all year long. The next day, to our surprise, the ac was working. So that made it better. Plus, their customer service was exceptional.
