Awesome staff that is super nice most of the time. Only had one grumpy encounter, otherwise they are nice and convenient.
The pharmacy and staff are great, they gracefully helped me with an item that no other pharmacy in Bozeman will carry. All I have to do is call the request in and they'll have it the very next day. Super customer service!
Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Jessie went out of her way to get a prescription transferred from a pharmacy that wasn't being helpful. She made sure I got it that day and was above and beyond nice. I can't thank you enough.
The employees here are ALWAYS extremely helpful and try their hardest to get all your needs met quickly with the utmost care and diligence! Always very kind and respectful.
This review pertains only to their in-store pharmacy. On three separate occasions, they claim they never received the faxed prescription from my vet. While trying to verify their fax number, they sent me to stand back in line. They miraculously get the fax the second time while I'm standing there, but it still takes 30 minutes to fill.nnI suspect when they're busy, pet prescriptions are ignored. That's all well and good but my dog is seriously ill. It's not like I'm picking up her routine heartworm.
