Just purchased a new Giant Talon 3 mountain bike from here, along with some other gear, and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The bikes and gear are top notch and the customer service was outstanding! John and Ross were both very helpful/knowledgeable and provided excellent service. Will definitely be a repeat customer for all my future bike needs.

We recently stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon to purchase a new bike for our sons birthday. (which was the very next day.) They had the bike in stock except they had to install training wheels. John and Angela both offered to stay after work to either finish it after store hours or even come in on a Sunday if need be to make sure the bike was ready for his birthday!! As parents our lack of planning shouldn’t have been their problem, but they went above and beyond to make sure our son got his bike for his birthday the next day! ud83dude4fnThis

Can't say enough about this place! The staff was absolutely tremendous - from the friendly, knowledgeable sales personnel who took the time to listen to what I was looking for and meet my budget rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need, to the professional and energetic service team who took the time to adjust the bike to my size, made sure it was tuned up for riding, and patiently helped me remove the wheels so I could fit it in my car even though it was past closing time - these guys go above and beyond in every way! On top of that, I came away with a fantastic bike at a great price! I love my new Salsa Journeyman Flat Bar 650B Claris and can definitely tell the difference in quality between it and my previous ride (whose make and model shall go unnamed to protect the innocent). I've already recommended Spoke-n-Sports to others looking for good quality in bikes and service and will definitely be returning there myself for bike tune-ups, gear and the great atmosphere!

Great and friendly service. Had a flat. Brought it in to get fixed planning on dropping it off and maybe picking it up the next day. To my surprise, they fixed it right on the spot. Maybe a 10 minute wait.
