My husband is a bike guy, so we stop at Bluestem whenever we’re in town! He always finds something he needs for his latest bike project, and he loves talking bikes with the staff. I got an amazing vintage Schwinn there a few years ago that I love!!
We purchased a new woman's bike this weekend from Bluestem. They were the only place that had one available in Brookings for under $500. We were camping in the area and they were able to accommodate us in getting it assembled before we left the area. Our daughter really likes the bike. Staff was helpful and friendly. We would recommend this bike shop and we will be using them for our bike repairs & maintenance.
In the process of hunting down the perfect stem for a bicycle I was building I came across Bluestem Bicycles and their online inventory. Not only did they have a vintage new-old stock stem that fit the bill, but they were able to sell it for a very reasonable price and ship it to me very quickly. I'm very happy with the piece that came. Couldn't ask for much more. Thank you!
