Econo Lodge

Well the date is February 28th 2021, it's 2:05 a.m. in the morning, and whoever is working at the front desk thinks it's cute to pick up the phone and hang it up. Maybe y'all need to fire a few people or something, I don't know. It's pretty unprofessional if you ask me, ask I need is a little communication, but whatever. Hopefully someone reads these messages and hopefully your management takes care of problems, doesn't seem like they do though considering all the bad reviews on here. But if you don't want my money, that's your fault I guess.

Rooms weren't ready till 630pm, no towels, no pillow cases, broken lights, no smoke detector, broken bathroom door, broken front door latch, mold on the tub, no internet, broken TV remote and cockroach. Also at 7am altercation out in the parking lot which resulted in GUN fire. .

Not clean towels and roaches... Bed you could feel the springs

On fhe 16fh of March 2021, I chose to stay at EconoLodge on 28th Ave and Sweetwater in Phoenix, AZ. During my stay i had experienced later that night i tried to shower, come to find out there was no hot water. As I went to follow up with management he said there is over 100 people here to let the water run for bit and why am I complaining no one else is. So I continued do as heasked me to after 30mins still same issue so I again went to office as he than began to use profouain language towards me. I have been to many hotels around phoenix the Phoenix area this place has been by far one of my worse experiences i have had in any circumstances.!! not to mention this hotel is Also associated with Wyndham hotel resorts ,wich too me by surprise due to the fact of poor customer service. In all my past stays at a Wynadam hotels have been very pleasant and a pleasureable, other than this unfortunate stay here at specified for this hotel her mentioned . As for there employee service i would say its is highly unprofessional, to treat paying customer with profit and unprofessional manner and language . It is very upsetting not to mention frustrating and disappointing aswell as unpleasurable. To experience.nAs far as the property goes , it was very unmaintained .to be specific room 209 had broken sink wich was hard to ,they had no wash clothes for shower.. there was no hot water at all . I state . With no exaggeration.nThey had no ice machine for ice as anywhere else would have for convince.nnI made my way to the front office. To then unexpectedly worsen my experience, with the customer service.nUpon check out i was told i would recieve my deposit to my bank account, which I still have not recieved this day March22, i am still disputing my deposit.nnMy reasoning For review is to see how Wynadam hotels and resorts can make this right I am ready to go ahead and be in contact with BBB.

There was a hole in my room and I was creeped out. Also a guy kept following us around and the bathroom did not work. The ceiling fan was hanging on top of the toilet and was dangling which is dangeeous. This hotel is a 4th world country.
