This is a very quiet hotel, I assume due to the deposit policy you sign at check in.nnThere is no microwave or fridge. The TV is old-school, and the carpet in my room was pretty dirty.nnThe front desk staff was really nice, as well as the housekeeping. That is the reason for the high rating, great customer service.

This hotel is horrible and I can't believe they even have a place like this open. First of all the pictures are nothing like the room. The room they gave us which was 164 looked like nobody had cleaned them. The beds were full of hairs there were bugs crawling on the floor. It was supposedly a non- smoking roo. And it smelled like it was penetrated of smoke. There were burns on the covers I preferred to sleep in our truck. I will say that it seems like it's normal for them.to get requests of refunds because when we requested a refund we had no issues. We have not received the money in the bank yet, but they said it can take a few days depending on the bank so they gave us a receipt showing they gave the refund. I highly recommend you do not stay here.

Stayed here looking for a reasonable price to stay. Not good. And I’m not much to complain nor do I take time to write a review but don’t book your room here. We couldn’t get new towels, our key never worked in the door we always had to go get a new key from the front, lots of drug dealing activity around this parking lot, not to mention drug addicts knocking on our door at 3am.. there were cigarette bud holes in our sheets, found bugs crawling around in the room, room smelt like cigarettes wayyy over priced.. horrible horrible horrible. This owner can care less about serving you and about costumer service.

Nice people, great customer service. But rooms needs improvement though: provide brand new bedding because the new set they gave me looks the same as the one I removed from the mattress. Maybe fog the whole building. There were bugs crawling the moment i opened the door and the whole time I was there. $130+ was too much for the condition it was in.
