A real escape. We really enjoyed this place. Like staying on a working farm in every respect and hostess Mary Jane was very nice and her significant other Tom is a great cook.nnAsk Tom to take you for a walkabout after breakfast. The old farm implements, tractors and peg barn are really interesting and Tom is a great guide. Really knowledgeable and fun to talk with.nnWe rated 4 instead of 5 stars because it is really remote, down a dusty road near the biking and walking entrance to the state park several miles outside town. For this reason you may decide to rate 6 stars instead.

Great place! No television. And spotty internet. But that can be a good thing. Owners very nice! They were a wealth of information.

I say this with love, because the hosts were super nice, and have been running the b and b for awhile but..... the property has seen better days. Very ramshackle, not in a charming way, but moreover in a depressing 'days gone by' kind of way. Everything worn, broken, dirty. Curtain in bathroom filthy, quilt on bed filthy! No upkeep on property, barn crazy, like really cool stuff, but just thrown, left around, felt creepy and dangerous. Outrageous price. Not recommended, could be awesome, maybe once was, but alas, is no longer.

Great customer service, the lady who runs this place is a sweetheart. The old country charm of this place is like no other.

The Sonoran cabin is my favorite. The owners treat you like family and they are awesome
