Very clean, very friendly staff!
My stay at Comfort Suites was amazing! Rooms were very clean and staff was absolutely amazing. Sierra had cleaned our room and had confronted her a couple times throughout our stay, and she always had a smile on her face! She was definitely amazing and made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you Sierra and the rest of the staff!
We stayed at Comfort Suites in Brookings for 2 weeks after relocating while waiting for our house to be ready. As a family of 4 with two young children, hotel life for that long of a period feels daunting. The staff at Comfort went above and beyond to help us have the most comfortable stay possible. If we asked for anything, they were all quick to help us. They kept up with standards needed during the pandemic. Each staff member - from Meredith and Justin and the rest of the desk staff, to Hannah and the rest of the housekeeping staff - helped us make a long stay in a hotel a very pleasurable experience.
My husband I booked our weeding block of hotels with Aaron at the Comfort Suites and he was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were wonderful, the service was great and it was so nice to have the event center connected onto the hotel so our guest could just walk up to their room at the end of the night.
Wow this place is super nice, much better than we expected for the brand. Super nice shower and comfortable bed, large TV, comfy couch. Nice!
