Clean and comfortable. Fresh coffee in the morning. Good place to stay if you are in town for longer than a weekend, as the rooms include a kitchenette. Hotel was quiet at night and bedding was cozy. Good climate control for a wall unit. Nothing fancy; totally practical. I don't watch much TV, but I believe the cable channels here are in SD if that matters to you. Front desk staff was helpful with anything I needed. Nice place to stay. Don't be discouraged of you've never heard of this brand of hotel. Hopefully this is a regional/local business that treats their employees well. Would stay here again.
Terrible. cold bitter coffee in mornings.asked for new towels never received .room was stinky
Good customer service. The beds are comfortable as well as the pillows.The shower does have good water pressure. Air units can be set on continuous so you can sleep better.
The hotel in Brookings was excellent. The staff were friendly and the entire building was neat and clean. I will definitely stay again.
The service at the front desk was friendly and quick. The room was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. They also were very accommodating about having our dog with us. We will definitely be staying again!
