I think they this company should change their name to Takes forever to be free. we met them in june and said yes. we have heard every excuse in the book of why every step has delays. it’s the finance companies fault, then it’s cities fault, then it’s that the installers show up without all they need, then mess up and have to redo half the job. our cameras show allot of standing around talking to each other during the install, then it’s after the install it’s the inspectors fault, and now it’s the power companies fault, and then the the inspectors fault again. and we are worried at this rate that the excuses will keep coming. we were really wanting to get solar install led quickly, to avoid ever having to ever pay a full power bill and this big ol house generates a hefty power bill. if they had installed as fast in a months time as they claimed they would. we would have only had to pay $135 a months from july to now, being $810 total. we have had to pay july $286 Aug $352 sept. $352 oct $411 and Nov $290 dec $248 being $1,939. costing us $1,129 more than we had planed on ever having to pay. we wish we had gone with a more experienced company that could have stayed on top of all the people who cost the delays, instead of sitting waiting on every one dragging their feet. we have yet to see the finish line, because every one is still waiting on who ever is still dragging their feet. who knows if we will ever have working solar and save any money. I feel like they should make it up to us above and beyond the introductory incentives . it’s all their fault we are 1,129 further in the hole than we should have been.
