I had a rough day and when I got my room the front desk lady was so sweet and helpful and understanding. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly, it's super clean, quite plus very affordable and feels very safe, If you're going to stay anywhere this is the place because it almost feels like home, it's been thee best hotel I've ever stayed in! ud83dudc4dud83eudd29ud83dude01
I would come back. Great location (safe area with lots of retail/food nearby), very clean, quiet, and friendly staff, all for a reasonable price. My only major complaint is the in-unit kitchen could use a few more cooking pans and utensils.
I have really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is exceptional and The facility is excellent. I will most certainly stay here again.
They was so so.couple of really ignorant employees there. Over all just a three. They definitely could use better customer service face lift.
Not bad however it's a place to stay sometimes and your out of the weather. One night the staff just disappeared for hours people from seattle were left with out a room and people that had been locked out of there room had to sit on the couch in the lobby for hours. I wouldn't be happy if that were me
