Very clean room. Great mattress...nOnly reason I'm not giving a 5 is because the hair dryer doesn't work, and it's pet friendly morel , but no one cleans the dog poo up that was in the parking area....had to watch our step as some was covered with snow... and good coffee
The only reason I am giving this motel 4 stars instead of 5 is because they offer smoking rooms. Let's get the smoking into the parking lot or stopped! :-) Clean rooms, nice place, even the coffee was well above average for Motel coffee!
Only complaint I good come up with was the cable could use a little more variety... otherwise, I really liked this place(for the price) It's one of the few places I ever stayed (hotel wise) that if you set the thermostat to 60, it gets 60. Had microwave, mini fridge, no breakfast due to covid, but if you do stay I highly recommend Legal Tender across the street (excellent food...treat yourself!) Oh, lastly, I'm a smoker. So, I'm not sure if non-smoking rooms smell or anything.
My wife and I enjoyed our short stay here after a weekend getaway. We chose this motel because it was a great deal and offered a complimentary breakfast. When I checked in I was told that the complimentary breakfast was not available due to the Covid situation. I went ahead and accepted that. We had stayed in room 138, which had a joining door to room 137. We went to bed early, and were both awakened late at night to people talking and yelling loudly and their barking dog staying in room 137. The rooms are not very sound proof. The same thing happened early the following morning, where the neighbors dog was barking and the people were talking loudly.
Good location. Made reservation on Booking. When arrived and looked around was a little worried. But turned out ok.
