The staff are very helpful and kind, the rooms are nice, have new TV's and coffee maker and fridge. This motel is very close to the exit to Reno and its and easy drive to the hot springs. Walk one block west and you are at the edge of the historical district and close to the governors mansion which makes for some nice afternoon exercise. A delicious restaurant LA Bakery just one block off of the main road. Yes, its a busy motel, but if you have any problems just tell the front desk and they will take care of everything for you. Good quality for the price.

Our queen room was a double. They switched us to a queen room. We opened the door to the most foul stench, it instantly hurt our lungs. Upon walking out of the third room our Mom In Law shows us video of a man being arrested under the 2nd room we were shown.nI know Carson City is not know for hotels but this was worse than the $25 hotels in El Paso, Texas, except they were charging $99.nWe left and got a room in Minden. 1000% better.
