Holiday Inn Express & Suites Carson City

Service was good. I miss the buffet style of breakfast though. We had a cracked tile in the bathroom floor. The shower water flow would a high pitched sound when in use. The space heater was very loud when in use. I would wake you up. Room 203. I used the fitness center it was very good but no TV remote. Beds were ok pillows to soft.

Nice place to stay. The staff is great and they have a good variety for breakfast. Room's are nice and clean. PET FRIENDLY

Check in was not too bad. Cleanliness was as acceptable. Room size was nice and the large bathroom with amazing lights, was a nice addition. We got to pick breakfast items which wasn't all that bad.

Older hotel turned into a Holiday Inn Express. It's close to 580 so if you want bro go back and fourth from Reno to Carson City it's a great location.

Hello hopefully not future guest of Holiday Inn Express & Suites Carson City NV. Unfortunately I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND any future guests to stay at this hotel. Where do I begin with my not so good review ? So to start I’ll say that I had to go down to the lobby to activate my card at least 17 times and I’m not overestimating friends and I wasn’t the only guest that had to do that, very inconvenient! Hotel it’s self is ok rooms not really clean especially the bathroom in the room that I stayed with my family. The guy at front desk for night shift (Matthew) did not have the proper customer service. We were told the rules of the hotel pool is that you need to book a time to go to the pool which is totally fine! and we did on Sunday we booked the pool for 7 pm and everything was going good we asked if the rest of the night was booked we were told that everything was booked till the rest of the night. Of course kids were not happy so we went to the lobby to check if anyone was at the pool and there wasn’t a single person in the pool the rest of the night. I came to front desk and told they guy there’s nobody in the pool why cant we stay there Matthew told me that “they need to add the chemicals into the pool” which they clearly did earlier we took this trip to take the kids out so they can swim and got a hotel purposely because the pool was open very unsatisfying experience all though the breakfast staff was very nice and welcoming the only thing we enjoyed!
