I have gone to Smiths pharmacy for years, and I ran out of refills unknowingly my doctor didn’t put in an automatic refill over the weekend, and usually the pharmacy will work with you and you can pay for a couple of your prescription pills to get you through while you get a hold of your doctor. I was told no, wasn’t given any help at all, and the girl was pretty rude.nI know what I have to do, but some understanding of being without my prescription for the next few days until I can get a hold of my doctor is going to be miserable. I will be switching pharmacies...

Some staff are friendly some do not care if they are rude or not.. this pharmacy is one of the very few that accepts my insurance, and a certain medication I take, I need is a lifesaving medication and it's never in stock.. this is the third month in a row that this has happened. So I ordered a refill through the app, it said it'll be ready today by 11. I went in and the lady i forget her name otherwise I would happily publicly publish it, due to her rude, condescending tone, said its not in stock and sent me on my way.. so I asked when it would be available, she says tomorrow, around what time I asked, as she was already annoyed she looked at the computer and guessed 3 o'clock.. I can promise tomorrow I'll go at 4 o'clock and I'll be told it's not in... they could have given me a phone call to say it wasn't in or some communication... nothing will be done about this.. so hopefully this rating will help

My husband hurt his back, so we went to fill his prescription for pain medicine. The pharmacist refused to fill it and gave us no other solution so we had to go the whole night without pain medication.nI didnt know that a pharmacist could refuse to fill a prescription that the Dr. Wrote. Save yourself the headache and go to Nambe.
