Town & Country RV & Mobile Home Park

When we arrived to town & country RV park, we accidentally turned into the mobile home park, call it driver fatigue but we didn’t pay too close of attention, we came in from the west and that is what we saw first.nnAnyways, when you pull into the RV park, you’ll see an older part of the park, it is still in great shape! You’ll need to travel to the end of the road and make a wide left, the reason you need a wide left is to park along the fence to go register or you’ll block some cars from entering like we did lol.nnUpon check-in, we encounter Laurie (Lori, not sure on her exact spelling). She was VERY courteous, I informed her we had a reservation and she’s like “Are you Josh?”.nnThe paperwork process was super easy, she showed me a map about where our site was. As you can see in the pictures, the rear of the park is VERY modern and updated!nnWe were assigned to one spot that normally would’ve been great but we’re new and with a 44 ft 5th wheel. We didn’t feel that we could comfortably center our rig enough for the slides not to hit a tree.nnSo I ran back into the office and spoke with Laurie once again, she was more than accommodating and allowed us to switch spaces.nnAfter the first night here, we called to request a second night here. Once again, Laurie was super accommodating and even brought the receipt to us so we did not have to go to the office.nnTown and Country RV park has insulated hose spigot, a lot of cable channels, most importantly, the spots are spacious and the park is quiet!nnThey have a huge Dog run which as you can see, my boxer LOVED!nnWould stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely, a lovely very clean rv park. Lori was kind and courteous at check in. Would stay here again for sure. It's been a pleasure to be here!

The RV park was clean and quiet no doubt, but was set up like a man camp . All sites were set up entry door facing entry door to your neighbor and sharing a pick nick table, leaving very little privacy and no social distancing. Upon arrival we were issued a 9 x 11 red quarantine tag to be placed on the door of our RV because we were from out of state. I was told by staff that we would be heavily questioned by the NM state police if we did not comply with the quarantine tag. Our dog also had to be preapproved for entry into the compound. The previous night we stayed at Good Sam's in Santa Fe and had a beautiful experience without executive orders.nTown and Country is a very regimented facility with with rules and regulations unrivaled by other camp grounds. Big brother is watching!

Management is VERY RUDE. Management is VERY TRASH. Management is very judge mental. Management does not allow guest.nThey will call the cops on you for anything! Would not recommend this park. TRASH TRASH TRASH.

The manager and the owner must be Christian I haven't met to many so kind and understanding. The spaces are clean and quiet. And the prices are very fair.
