TownePlace Suites by Marriott Roswell

This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and staff was friendly. Room was not bad, but could use little upgrade in carpet. Overall good place to stay.

Large, clean rooms, cold AC, and artificial turf out front for the Fluffers of the family. Friendliest staff; GM Lisa was very professional and helpful. Great stay when passing thru the quirky town of Roswell.

This was the most uncomfortable hard bed I've ever laid in my body hurts so bad now ud83dudc4eI tossed the whole night up before the sun all cuz the bed was stiff as a board. I couldn't sleep with covers because I had to use them for cushion. Way to much money for being better off sleeping on the floor

I am surprised at this hotel. When I arrived, I was greeted by a polite desk attendant. She told me that my reservation with hotels.com was made for the next day, but it was no problem at all and she would take care of it. How wrong was she! And how wrong was I to listen to her? The next day after I checked out she called to ask me to resolve the dispute between the hotel and hotels.com, because apparently it was not enough for her to make the change and she was wrong. So I spend about 2 hours on the phone with hotels.com. Of course they are not picking up, hanging up the phone, I’mnIn the wrong department, etc. I call the hotel back and tel her that I don’t ha e time for this as I am traveling. Lisa at the hotel says “no problem,” I will take care of it. How did she take care of it? Y waking me up with another phone call the next day at 3.30 am. Yes, 3.30 am she called me to continue duking it out with hotels.com. When I asked her why she is calling at 3.30 am, she said she thought “I was still in the house.”nDon’t stay at this highly disorganized hotel where employees make bad choices
