Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and fresh. Excellent location in town.

Front desk clerks were very nice but while the room while nicely clean, was not well maintained. The bathroom vent didn't work and was hanging from the wall, the phone in the room didn't work and the refrigerator was barely cool.

The price is the best thing about this place but boy is it good. The walls are fairly thin, but the rim was clean and felt #covidsafe. They have a window at the lobby so I was able to check in and out entirely without ever having to enter a shared space with any other humans!nBed was comfy but blankets were subpar!

It was good no smoking Martha was an awesome help i had a wonderful time!!

Thanks for a ruined weekend! 250.00 deposit? Seriously??? We stay here everytime we come to Roswell for a relaxation weekend. Not anymore! This so called new rule isn't posted anywhere! Its not posted on any of the booking sites but once youre here you pay the deposit or lose the money you already spent on the room. How is that right? Its NOT! Believe my room will be spotless and videoed when we leave! Weve never had a problem or left anything other than normal for grown folks. We take our own trash out!! It wouldnt bother me so much if we had the choice to get a refund. Its a trap and its NOT ALRIGHT!
