I just moved back to this area recently so they didn't have any of my insurance info or anything on file. Despite this, the tech at the desk got me all set up, insurance info taken and messed filled in less than ten minutes. Highly recommended
The minute I called upon their opening I was immediately placed on hold!! This is not good customer service!!
Poor phone skills. Long (16 minutes) hold. After a arrived at store no product available for at least 3 days. A first for Walmart in that I felt I was treated like an imposition to their busy lives. I will do my best to never bother them again.
Normally my meds aren't available and the lines are super long.
Every single time I have come to this pharmacy I have been given the run around. Prescriptions that were sent in the day before were not ready. I was told to come back in 30 minutes. I came back an hour later and it was still not done. Phoned in perscriptions are even worse. If you have any other choice in pharmacy, take it.
