Not sure why the complaints about rudeness comes from. This is my go to pharmacy, and I have never had a problem with service or staff!
The worst. I received expired medication (6 months past expiration date) on several different occasions. After I told the pharmacist in charge I was reporting that to the state board her demeanor changed and she began giving me trouble filling my prescriptions. She went as far as to tell me my PCP told her not to fill my triptan ( a non controlled substance migraine medicine) I called my PCP who said “they never called me and I never called them, and I didn’t write that on the script. I have no issues with you getting it right now.” I transferred all of my scripts elsewhere. Not only are their wait times horrendous, their customer service, ACCURACY, and accountability for not selling expired medications is beyond what any patient should have to deal with in any pharmacy setting.
Pharmacy techs and pharmacist are helpful
They do not take FedEx packaged that aren't completely packed and labeled. They will not scan your phone like other Walgreens.
Got followed around by an older lady just because I had my backpack on while traveling lol
