Very clean, new and well furnished rooms! Loved the fitness center. The only reason I don’t rate it 5 stars is the breakfast is pretty limited. I’m thankful they have a breakfast though. Would stay again.
Never again! Marriott lost a loyal customer because of this hotel. I reserved a KING, 1 bedroom suite. Arrived to find a queen bed. Staff and manager on duty argued with me, repeatedly, about size of bed despite queen tag on mattress and bedding. Reservation confirmation states “bed types and accessibility preferences are GUARANTEED!” What “guarantee?” Cannot get out of tonight’s reservation. Stuck paying for room I didn’t reserve. Marriott corporate says it is at the discretion of the hotel manager to allow us to cancel without penalty. “Here’s $10.” What!?! Frequent traveler saying farewell to Marriott.
A great Hotel! An even better staff. From front desk to maintenance to housekeeping. Too many names to mention. 1 major thing I noticed. The GM, Jim, was doing housekeeping on Christmas Eve. We talked and I put together that he let some Staff go home to their families! And he, the GM, stayed and was cleaning rooms. Good Job Jim
Love how comfortable and clean this place is! Their pool and gym are open at the moment im pretty sure. Absolutely love how they always have fresh coffee and lemon or orange water available to guests. The kitchen in the rooms are great and helps save money from eating out. They provide the dishes which is also amazing that they do for the guests. I will say my only negative experience was being talked to like a child from the front desk worker or more so they were just straight up rude.. Other than that though an absolutely amazing experience.
This place has really nice rooms and the most comfortable beds ever in a great location. When I stayed there the 1st time right after they opened I caught the security guard standing outside my room twice trying to listen to our conversation through the door. This last time the staff have developed an attitude towards their guests and the security guard have gotten worse. One would think that they are there for our security however they seem to think that they are there to regulate the guests movements and harass. I was followed two or three times by the security guard and got into an argument with him about what door I was using because I had to let my roommate in the side door, just feet away from our room, and he had a problem with it I assume because we didn't go past him at the front door. They're taking their job way too seriously and they've lost track of their purpose. I would rather not have security if that's the way they treat paying guests. The security guard took it upon himself to decide where and what time I should be coming and going from my room and the hotel. Nice rooms or not, I won't pay for a room and then have someone who is supposed to be there for our security follow and harass me. I'll stay elsewhere in the future. The Quality in has as nice a room as this place and they treat their guests with respect.
