Stayed one night here. Good value!nJust so you know - you wouldn’t have a nice mountain view, like other places around. There’s only a small picnic area with 2 tables and only one grill, so it’s hard to enjoy that during COVID. We’ve noticed that pool and jacuzzi were closed before 10pm.nRoom was okay, pretty clean. It was also very dark! Make sure to have your window open or a door to the bathroom, so you could have at least some sunlight on the room.nOkay for one night, but I’m sure other hotels will allow you to enjoy your stay a lot more!

I was traveling late and didn’t arrive until after the office closed, the staff was very quick to respond to my emails letting me know what to do when I arrived. The room was very clean & cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable. The care the owners put into maintaining the lodge and making their guests feel at home was obvious from the first interaction.nThe office staff was very helpful when I was checking out and recommended lots of options for hiking and sight seeing, as I wasn’t able to get into the national park due to reservation shortages.nVery Highly recommend staying here. If I’m ever in the area again, I will be back.

Front desk lady was extremely rude. Room was definitely not worth price I paid. Pictures online made rooms look much better then they were. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would!nI DID NOT get an upgrade with a fireplace in room. I had 2 twin beds, a refrigerator that did not work, an a/c unit that barely cooled room to 80 degrees. And when i complained about fridge not working front desk lady told me that they couldn't fix but I could go get ice to fill my cooler to keep stuff cold in the 80 degree room....

Cozy rooms, lots of tv channels, a hot tub and heated pool to relax you after a long day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. The motel is 5min from downtown Estes Park, it is in a quiet area. 10 to 13min drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Guest services is prompt and helpful. There are no frills with this motel but it is perfect if you are using it as a base camp for exploring Rocky Mountain National Park.
