Came here and stayed the night February 4th 2021. I've been to hundreds and hundreds of budget motels/hotels and this was one of the best $62 hotels I've stayed at. The room was very updated, king size bed and it smelled nice and clean. I would definitely consider staying here again.
Clean. Neat old place. Reasonable and spacious rooms. Could use an upgrade. But it was nice and clean
My girlfriend and I checked in on March 3rd 2021. Earlier that day there had been a double homicide in the banquet room. Apparently two men got into a scuffle and it led to both of their deaths. The place was still crawling with police officers therefore making multiple rooms including the one that we had reserved unavailable. Adding to the problem, the free hot breakfast buffet that was advertised was not available due to the investigation and none of their laundry machines were working at that time either. No discount was offered and the female desk clerk was not helpful. I will not go there again willingly.
When I got there I had a king bed room reservation. They gave it away . Put me in a queen double. And it was ABSOLUTELY horrid showed the staff. Was a 19 y kid he tried hard had no answer though . Oh and offered nothing in return for my bad rooms and giving mine away. So I left never again!!!
Great staff, fast wi-fi, pool, hot tub and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Weight room is in poor repair or I would have given 5 stars!
