Great view of the mountains! Very clean nice and we'll maintained rooms. Could have better vending services but the free breakfast made up for it!
While I am typically satisfied with the accommodations and level of service provided by Best Western facilities I found this one extremely lacking. Due to the construction most of the amenities were unavailable. The front desk closes at 7pm leaving only an option to leave a message to be answered the following day. Upon leaving a message relative to the requested extra blankets I anticipated my questions would be addressed the following morning. I called again at 6pm the following day, and asked if they had even listened to my message I was informed the associate didn't even know. Breakfast was an inadequate attempt to put some food that is devoid of any nutritional value in a bag and ask you to pick it up before 6:30 the day before. Tough to do if you are out hiking. Suggest you stay elsewhere. Price too high for level of available service and amenities.
Check-in was good (very limited interaction). The location is very convenient. 5 mins to town center and 10 mins to RMNP. The room was clean. There is no hot breakfast due to COVID restrictions (provided with a bagged breakfast). Housekeeping is upon request. The hotel is under major renovation. However there is no work at night.
The Inn was being worked on so a little hard to check out things.nMake sure you know prices I checked out a day early and had to pay for it disappointed never had that problem before. Maybe be better when done with the work.
Nice hotel for this area. You don't find newer chain hotels here but the BW was clean and well maintained. Good cover cleaning protocol.
