Very nice ground floor. Top floor is rooms rented by the week, graffiti on the walls, only way up is the fire escape/back stairs, fire alarm removed. Sad to see. Elevator out of order, hot tub out of order resturaunt closed down, bar closed down...
Good wi-fi but toilets plug, shower broke, pool and hot tub down. I was overcharged by $45 and it took over a day to refund my money.nVery low staff and what staff exist don't speak English! Don't ask for fresh towels, trash pick-up or really anything. After you pay your rent you're on your own.n2 stars instead of one only because the wi-fi and breakfast burritos they give you in place of the free breakfast are pretty good.
Staff is great ,the general manager Natalia is great taker really good care of us , props to you for training your staff to go above and beyond for guests, it's nice to see that that's still happens cause we all know it doesn't work like that anymore in most places , so again thank you very much for your hospitality,
After 4 rooms of no water, we are leaving. I only recommend this room if you’re looking to stick a needle in your arm or a gun in your mouth. Not a normal location. graffiti everywhere smells like straight cocoa butter and molded carpet.
Front Desk Staff was great. Parking lot could use a good sweeping and litter control. Nice and fancy mirror and bathroom sink but no water pressure in shower and have to flush toilets multiple times. Carpets felt sticky/greasy and room had a funkiness in general. Housekeeping looks like they do the bare minimum in a room. NOT WORTH $109 A NIGHT.
