We are currently visiting Estes Park during an epic snowstorm and we are happy to have Murphy's River Lodge as our home base! The partially frozen river running through the property and snowy mountains can both be seen from the balcony of our river view upstairs room. There are so many nice walking trails nearby and the cute downtown strip is a short 5 minute walk from the property! Many restaurants and ice cream/taffy shops are in the downtown area as well as a movie theater.nThe property also has an indoor pool and hot tub which is great!nThe staff has been extremely nice and helpful!nWe are so happy with our stay and would love to come back in the future!

Nice clean room clean bathrooms everything seems really nice very updated. What I loved about it was it was walking distance from the main drive in town. The continental breakfast wasn’t the best but I’m for sure that has to do with Covid and not wanting to do serve people food like that. Great coffee. Heated pool heated, hot tub and nice and clean. I like this place a lot one of the best places I’ve been out at Estes Park.

Very clean, cozy, and everything was kept up nice. The pool area was nice with all the windows. They had a huge selection of movies you can borrow and play in your room. The river room was peaceful to sit and listen to the water.

Highly recommend staying at Murphys! The little touches this place had were amazing. Things like an anniversary note, a kind word from housekeeping or a thank you note on the bag that I just bought a gift. They are above and beyond clean, covid conscience, on the whole property inside and out! Love love it here, we will be back!

After a suggestion from a friend, we decided to try out Murphy's River Lodge.nWe were cheerfully greeted and impressed by their standards of cleanliness.nThe typical amenities are here and as promised, our room's back door opened right up to the view of Fall Creek less than 20' away.nThe rooms were modern and well maintained. Lot's of small details made our visit very pleasant.nWe'll be returning soon for another stay at Murphy's.
