The staff is very friendly. They are helpful! Looking for a home to purchase here is tough. They all made me feel welcome here! Very clean place and prices are very fair. Thank you for your patience with me as well. I am disabled and sometimes do not feel well enough to get out of bed for the housekeepers. We will be back.
All the staff I've passed or encountered has been absolutely wonderful. They are so nice and actually try to have a really conversation with you. Our room is wonderful nothing to complain about.
No it to bad we have a room that has another room with a king bed also all as one hotel room. Kinda dirty a bit. Front desk guy was very polite and helpful.
Dunno why this place is 2 stars. The newly renovated rooms are a great modern addition along with the extra cozy bed and located in a safe area. This will be our go to hotel every trip
THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! Beware, read on..nnMy son and I stayed here one night. Everything looked fine except not all touch surfaces were cleaned like, the TV remote, microwave, etc.. then when I turned my bed down it was filthy! Obvious that the bed linens had not been changed. The night attendant did not have the authority to do anything except give me me clean bedding. So I changed my own bed. The next day I took it up with the manager.nnLong story short. My son and I are now sick and self quarantined, afraid to go to the hospital, in the middle of a new home move. Unable to interact with our new neighbors of fear of getting them sick as many are elderly. Not even 1/2 way moved in!nnI told the manager that I have worked in hospitality before but she said that she looked at the security cameras and claimed she seen her housekeepers take clean linens in and old ones out of the room. I was also told that the stains were from how the linens are washed.nnIn hospitality this is unacceptable, in a pandemic it is criminal! Shame on you Americas Best of Ft Collins!
