One Ski Hill Place

One of the most awful experiences I have had when to it comes to customer service and customer relations for the price. DO NOT BOOK if you want even average guest services.nnHave travelled all around the world and have stayed in a variety of hotels for luxury to run down places in different countries. This experience was so bad it is the only one I felt I need to leave a review for, to warn others to avoid.nFirstly prepaid and booked the hotel for a ski week in CO (during one of the more expensive weeks). Due to personal emergency we tried to change the booking to 4 days later (availability was there and the same room was even cheaper).nTold the hotel I'm happy to pay the more expensive rates and don't care about any refund, just want to change the dates. The booking agency and myself tried to work with the hotel on my behalf but the hotel refused to make ANY changes or offer ANY other options except just booking more time with them.nThen during the visit the hotel charged for the room TWICE (an extra $4500), never told me about it until I confronted them after I had to check my own bank statements.nThen they refunded the charge to an incorrect credit card 1 week later, never apologized, never offered any complimentary services or even credits. Expected me to bear the 4500 charge for no reason on my card which cost overdraft fees, refunded to the wrong card and never apologized or offered to make amends.nI will never be staying with this chain again. I've had better customer service at 2 star hotels.

WOW! What an awesome experience. Staff was super attentive and really friendly! EVERYONE. The location was perfect because we got to be right in the middle of all the good ski action. Our rooms were beautiful and very spacious. Definitely will be back. I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Thank you One Ski Hill!

I've stayed many places, but this by far had the best customer service ever. The amenities were wonderful. Nice large indoor and outdoor hot tub and indoor pool along with convenient ski valet and storage made the trip extra enjoyable. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The concierge, Carol, and the ski valet, Nathan, went above and beyond.

Friendly & helpful staff, easy access to the mountain with an in/out ski valet. Didn't use many amenities due to COVID restrictions, but they have a lot to offer. Had an excellent time.

Loved it. Really recommend it for families. Really easy access. Ski in and out. Ski valet is waiting for you to pick up skis. Amazing service.
